Please let us know if you are sponsoring a specific participant or making a general donation, and if the donation is in memory or honor of someone.

TO ENSURE YOUR DONATION IS CREDITED TO THE PROPER PARTICIPANT'S ACCOUNT, PLEASE BE SURE TO CLICK ON "ADD SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO SELLER". This is found on the page where you "review your donation."

A text box will appear in which you can enter the particpant's name and number (for example, "M Frasier 1457")

If you are sponsoring a participant, be sure to provide the participant's name and walker number.
